Open the eSewa Mobile App
Without the eSewa Digital Wallet Mobile App, you cannot Reset your MPIN so, If you haven’t downloaded the app then First, Download and Open eSewa
Click on Forgot MPIN
After that, you will see an option Forgot MPIN simply click on Forgot MPIN
Enter your Number, and click on Proceed
Now, enter your eSewa wallet mobile number and click on the Proceed button.

Click on Proceed to send SMS
Check your main balance if you don’t have enough Balance on your mobile phone First top up your mobile phone because you have to send an SMS to eSewa Customer support for security reasons and device verification.
Send SMS
eSewa itself enters the verification code on your SMS box do not remove any code or do not replace any code simply send that code SMS using your registered SIM Number. while sending an SMS it will charge a certain amount of money from your SIM which I already mentioned in Step 4.
Enter 6 Digit code, Verify and Submit
Now you will get a 6-digit verification code from eSewa Customer support via SMS. Enter the code and click on Verify and Continue.
Create New MPIN and Conform New MPIN
Finally, the day has come Now create a new 4-Digit MPIN and confirm your new MPIN for your eSewa Wallet and click on Confirm.
