Why I’m seeing these error?

I think you are trying to reset your eSewa MPIN and while resetting your eSewa MPIN you get this message error from 32121 right? if so don’t worry this is just a error message while sending SMS to eSewa either you send an wrong code or you send with wrong number.

How can I Fixed Mobile Number Doesn’t Match eSewa ID?

Let’s go deep in these error message ‘The request may have already expired, or the mobile number used to send SMS did not match your eSewa ID. Please check and try again.’ which mean the 6-digit reset code may have already expired or the mobile number you used to send SMS did not match your with your original eSewa ID.

Expired Request

In simple, expire mean to come at the end. not only the foods have expire date but also the verification code you get that also have a fixed time like 2 or 5 minutes only. if you do not use the verification code before the expired time then you may get these issue. to fixed The request may have already expired use the code before it expire time.

Incorrect Mobile Number

while you send an verification code, you must have to use your eSewa login Mobile number otherwise you will get error message. I mean first you have to send an verification code to eSewa right? to fix the mobile number used to send SMS did not match your eSewa ID, you must have to use the SIM number from where you create your eSewa account.
